Introduction: Non-islet cell tumour hypoglycaemia (NICTH) is an uncommon but serious complication of disseminated malignancy. The underlying aetiology of hypoglycaemia is tumoral overproduction of IGF2, which results in stimulation of insulin receptors and increased glucose utilization.
